Wavegarden – Northern Bavaria, Germany

Located in Northern Bavaria; Selb skatepark is one of the smoothest and most flowing next level parks designed by Martin Ehrenberger. For Blackriver building parks is an art form, not a business venture; non-profit building at it’s finest!

The Cananal Sessions – Southern Spain

With no judges, sponsors and no rules… just punk, thrash & skateboarding, “The Canal Session“. This was just about skateboarding in one of the most important DIY spots of the skateboarding scene in Spain. The rough ground and the dusty walls of this mythical ditch made the most perfect session in the land of the sun, Toledo.

Pura Pura, Bolivia – Un, Dos, Tres, Concrete!

The park is sick. Well most of us left before we got to see it all completed which was a little disheartening, but what was there was rad. The floor is a bit ghetto in places and, in contrast, some of the ramps are professional enough to be seen on a actual official skatepark build – this kind of sums up the entire build: somewhere between a skatepark and doing a DIY job.

Zarautz skatepark – Basque Country

The town of Zarautz on the Atlantic coast in Basque country has a long skate and surf tradition. A town well known for it’s world surfing championship held every year since the late 1980s also has a skatepark build on the beach back in this time which was a copy of the La Kantera skatepark.
