Aloha Skate Club: Inauguration Jam of the First Part of “Aloha DIY”

The weekend of July 27th marked the very first inauguration jam of the initial part of the “Aloha DIY“.

Aloha Skate Club is a skateboard club from the south of France, dedicated to the development of skate culture and a DIY spot conceptualized by Joan Matas (@ciment.cat).

Located in the heart of an atypical property near Sisteron in a former paper mill, this place houses a hangar with a mini ramp and an indoor project in the works.

Through a departmental tour, they share the values of community and enjoyment with a family atmosphere, while spreading their passion for skateboarding.

The DIY spot project was born out of a desire to create a unique space for the entire surrounding community.

With the help of the builders from BBC, led by Tim and Enzo, and the support of volunteers, the spot is starting to take shape and should be completed over the next year.

Le week-end du 27 Juillet avait lieu la toute premiere jam d’inauguration de la premiere partie du “Aloha DIY“.

Aloha Skate Club est un club de skateboard du sud de la France, dèdiè au dèveloppement de la culture skate et d’un spot DIY
conceptualisè par Joan Matas (@ciment.cat).

Situè au cúur d’une propriètè atypique proche de Sisteron dans une ancienne papeterie, ce lieu abrite un hangar avec une mini rampe et un projet de indoor.

Gr‚ce ‡ une tournèe dèpartementale, ils partagent les valeurs de communaut et de plaisir avec une ambiance familiale, tout en partageant leur passion du skateboard.

Le projet de construction de ce spot DIY est nè de la volontè de crèer un espace unique pour toute la communautè environnante.

Avec l’aide des constructeurs de BBC, dirigès par Tim et Enzo et le soutien de bènèvole, le spot commence ‡ prendre forme et devrait être achevè au cours de l’annèe prochaine.
