After some time of practice at Andrea’s mini ramp (#lamalefica) in Italy, Ale Ferreri decided that it was time to move with his van to the land of transitions.
Romi (Erhart) from Austria was down to come and teach him how to bs air, so in 4 person we start to drive straight , direction Bordeaux first, to start than the official trip crossing the Basque Country.
We arrive day next at Artprint, 2pm. We park the van right in front of the door, we start to cook a pasta of course, and Romi got a new hair cut just for the tour. Once again Loic and Mike did a good job printing the official tee for the Basque Caravan Tour, so we open the trip with a mini ramp sesh in there, and then to Hangar Darwin, to meet Seb (Daurel) and Tony.
We spent a couple of nights in this amazing place… you can’t get bored for sure! It was the perfect time because of the Ocean Climax Festival… music, art and skateboarding of course. That’s why they paint with Nil Inns some new ramps and built a fucking huge full pipe in wood! Sick!
Basque Country was still kinda far away, so better to slowly move down the coast, next stop Hossegor! But last sesh at Le Barp, one more Hall04 skatepark, created by JP & co. I want to say he’s doing a really good job in there!
Night time again, we’re always late!, probably looking for a place to fill the van with beers, but Francois is the best, and left us instruction to arrive at his Savage guest house, a place where you can have a shower, toilette… and a private ramp to skate. Really good times in there in the night especially! Bbq, cOLLAPSe friends, skate sesh, and Hapchot Beers! Thanks to everyone who came to have fun! You made the right choice!
